• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact—wear your name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and prepare the sales floor to welcome customers.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions so you are fully informed and ready to engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
• On the floor, focus on the customer—offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build lasting relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong—share our Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence every day, take pride in your work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.
• Work full‑time (30+ hrs/week) or part‑time (12–24 hrs/week), with mandatory weekend shifts.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture; adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and in team settings.
• Handle electronic devices with no problem.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 25 lbs.; stooping, kneeling, crouching; climbing ladders; reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, colour vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and the ability to process register transactions.
