Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage all aspects of apartment rentals, including attracting and assessing potential residents, completing lease documentation, and coordinating move‑in procedures.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 / hour
- Rent Discount: 20%
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions: paid monthly
- Employee Referral: up to $750 per referral
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life / AD&D Insurance, Long & Short Term Disability
- 401(k) Retirement Plan: with company match
- Paid Time Off: 10 holidays per year, sick leave
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday:
Schedule subject to change based on business needs
- Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance (may be required for travel to multiple properties)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service
