At Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia, we’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic Event Promoters to share the excitement of our brand with the community. • $20.00 per hour
• Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities
• 5.00 increase on bonuses each year (cap $75 per appointment)
• Based on performance (full and part‑time)
• $40.00 per appointment that receives a DEMO or a (DNS) Did not sell; bonused even if the lead does not sell
• Senior Event Promoter: maintain above‑average metrics for 3 months consecutively, earn title, $22 per hour + $10 per demo

Flat‑rate travel pay (not mileage)

• Main office based in Roanoke, VA
• 30–60 miles round trip: $50/day
• 61–80 miles: $60/day
• 81–100 miles: $70/day
• 101–120 miles: $80/day
• 121–150 miles: $90/day
• 151–180 miles: $100/day
• Covers gas, wear‑and‑tear, and time

• Engage and Educate: communicate the value of our brand and products to potential customers.
• Drive Appointments: book meetings with decision‑makers to showcase our solutions.
• Event Support: assist in setting up, executing, and breaking down events to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide Valuable Insights: share customer feedback and insights with management to improve future initiatives.
• Professionalism & Enthusiasm: maintain a professional demeanor while staying energetic and engaging with others.

• People Person: comfortable approaching new people, striking up conversations, and building rapport.
• Dependable & Reliable: punctual, responsible, and always ready to take initiative.
• Positive Energy: enthusiastic and ready to bring a smile to the workplace.
• Reliable Transportation: access to your own transportation for event‑related travel.
• Weekend Availability: flexibility for Saturday and Sunday events.
• Physical Requirements:

• Eligibility: authorized to work in the U.S.

• Income Potential: fixed wages plus performance‑based bonuses plus a vehicle allowance—no cap on bonus earnings.
