Inside Sales Representative

• Follow up with homeowners after their initial consultation.
• Build relationships through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Guide customers through the buying process and close sales remotely.
• Schedule follow-up appointments when needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• 2–4 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Background in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or similar industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Base Salary: Approximately $55,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $80,000
