Internal Sales Engineer

Fantech is a market-leading company that delivers air quality solutions by supplying innovative ventilation and air movement products for commercial, industrial and domestic applications with offices and distributors throughout Australia and overseas.

We have an opportunity at our Huntingwoodoffice for a proactive Internal Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated sales team focused on servicing and supporting predominantly Mechanical services (HVAC) Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning contractors within the commercial construction sector. Sound knowledge of ventilation systems and air movement would be an advantage but not essential.

The Role:

• Answer customer enquiries on price and availability of stock.
• Provide assistance to customers with technical fan selections and influence specifications.
• Provide project quotations to customers by the due dates requested. Ensure customer requirements are met or qualified in quotations by reviewing in detail contract documents
• Updating CRM Software
• Through various sources contact potential customers eg. referral from external sales, follow-up of quotations, referral from existing customers.
• Develop ongoing, repeat business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure customer orders are processed in accordance with Fantech Operating Procedure
