We have an opportunity at our Huntingwoodoffice for a proactive Internal Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated sales team focused on servicing and supporting predominantly Mechanical services (HVAC) Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning contractors within the commercial construction sector. Sound knowledge of ventilation systems and air movement would be an advantage but not essential.
Job DescriptionThe Role:
- Answer customer enquiries on price and availability of stock.
- Provide assistance to customers with technical fan selections and influence specifications.
- Provide project quotations to customers by the due dates requested. Ensure customer requirements are met or qualified in quotations by reviewing in detail contract documents
- Updating CRM Software
- Through various sources contact potential customers eg. referral from external sales, follow-up of quotations, referral from existing customers.
- Develop ongoing, repeat business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure customer orders are processed in accordance with Fantech Operating Procedure
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who possesses the ability to pick up product knowledge quickly and who may have previous experience in sales with a technical background.
Not afraid to use your initiative, you will be a proactive team player with a high attention to detail, Solid computer skills and time management skills.
