Fairfax Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery has proudly served Northern Virginia for over 40 years with five thriving locations. We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Marketing & Referral Coordinator to help expand our referral network, strengthen our brand, and increase new patient growth. If you enjoy building relationships, planning events, creating marketing campaigns, and seeing measurable results from your work, we’d love to meet you.

This is not a desk-only marketing position. You’ll spend time visiting dental offices, planning events, collaborating with our surgeons, and helping grow one of the region’s premier specialty practices.

Compensation Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)

• Visit referring dental offices throughout Northern Virginia
• Develop relationships with dentists and office teams
• Reactivate inactive referral offices
• Welcome new referral offices with marketing materials
• Coordinate referral appreciation events and continuing education programs
• Maintain detailed referral activity records and CRM

• Coordinate with our outside digital marketing agency
• Manage Instagram content and social media calendar
• Help generate Google reviews
• Create quarterly email newsletters
• Monitor online reputation and referral trends

• Coordinate continuing education events
• Organize practice open houses
• Represent the practice at community events and sponsor ships
• Help grow brand awareness throughout Northern Virginia

• Develop individual marketing plans for each surgeon
• Schedule referral visits with doctors
• Create physician marketing materials
• Track referral trends and identify growth opportunities
• Assist with educational presentations and speaking opportunities

• Coordinate brochures, signage, referral packets, and patient education materials
• Ensure consistent branding across all five offices
• Monitor competitors and market opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva
• Social media experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Healthcare or dental experience is a plus but not required.
