We are rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated Regional Account Executive (RAE) to grow with us. Bloom Health Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services delivered by a group of competent, independent practitioners. We diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population.

Psychological testing and neuropsychological testing are available for a variety of disorders, including ADHD, brain injuries, head trauma, and memory problems. Access to mental health is our mission, and we have a service that is very marketable: behavioral health solutions delivered virtually or in-person, with same-day/same week appointment availability, with most major insurance plans accepted.

About the role

We are rapidly expanding and are seeking a talented Regional Account Executive (RAE) to join our sales team. As a member of our RAE team , you’ll be able to directly enhance patient care and access to mental health solutions. This role requires regular road travel to private practices, clinics, and community organizations throughout a specified market in the DC/MD/VA areas.

You’ll be a vital team member in shaping and developing collateral for both B2B and B2C marketing segments. You’ll also get the chance to collaborate and provide direction to the Bloom presence across markets, help manage our CRM database, and create effective marketing initiatives. If you have a creative mind, excel in a team setting, and enjoy relationship-building to grow a meaningful mission, this is the job for you.

Job Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibilities include outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities, including but not limited to: doctors’ offices, healthcare facilities, schools, community organizations, and individual practices within a health system.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team on designing, building, and maintaining a referral presence consistent with the brand.
  • Provide input on collateral consistent with the brand including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, posters, email newsletters, and banners to support lead generation efforts.
  • Schedule appointments and develop presentations for referral partners
  • Communicate the company vision and clear referral advantages to partners across a designated area.
  • Visit potential leads on-site to distribute marketing material and discuss company services.
  • Support manager with other projects as needed.
  • Update the CRM daily with accurate, complete records of all outreach, referral partner interactions, and pipeline activity.
  • Comfortable initiating contact with healthcare providers and front desk representatives.
  • Ability to clearly communicate value propositions to various target audiences.
  • Skilled in establishing rapport. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Disciplined about daily CRM data entry to keep pipeline and reporting accurate.
  • Creative mindset: ability to think out of the box.
  • Ability to travel across market ~4 days per work week.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail.
