Role Overview

Join Service Now to produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model, developing relationships with C‑suite personas and overseeing client relationship mapping. As a trusted advisor, you will understand customers' business and advise on how Service Now can help their IT roadmap.

Develop relationships with C‑suite personas, oversee client relationship mapping, be a trusted advisor to customers, and identify specialist/support resources to bring into a deal.

You will be successful in this role if you have experience in leveraging AI into work processes, 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales, and experience selling cybersecurity products.

• 10+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization on a SLED focused team
• Experience selling cybersecurity products
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
• Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C‑Level relationships
• Experience achieving sales targets
• The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT
• Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment
