Adela Technologies is a fast-growing, cloud-focused managed service provider based out of the Washington DC metro area. We support clients in various industries, such as non-profit, energy, education, healthcare, and the federal government. We are offering a competitive commission-based incentive along with a base salary.

Responsibilities
  • Actively reach out to businesses to convert leads into active sales.
  • Communicate confidently over the phone and in person.
  • Occasionally attend industry days, seminars, and participate in the proposal writing process.
  • Travel occasionally—less than 10% of the time, mainly in the DC, MD, VA areas.
Requirements
  • Must have some sales experience, including prospecting and phone calls.
  • Must possess the skills necessary to convert leads into sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience writing proposals (a major plus).
  • Experience or knowledge of government contracts (a major plus).
  • Must be willing to obtain an industry certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMware Pre-Sales Engineer, etc.) within 6 months of hire.
  • Must work efficiently and have an agile mindset.
  • Self‑driven and motivated to grow quickly is a must.
  • Should make decisions based on data and track progress with appropriate KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales/lead generation experience.
  • College‑level associate degree or higher preferred; or equivalent related work experience.
  • Some knowledge of cloud technology.
