We're looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our South Richmond, Virginia dealership. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on accountability, builds high-performing teams, and is passionate about driving results.

What You'll DoAs Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading every aspect of the sales department, including:
Coaching, developing, and holding the sales team accountable to performance expectations.
Driving showroom traffic into sold units through proven sales processes.
Working deals, desking transactions, and maximizing profitability while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
Partnering with Finance & Insurance to ensure smooth deal flow and strong product penetration.
Monitoring inventory, aging, pricing, and merchandising to maximize inventory turns.
Utilizing CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up and lead management.
Recruiting, hiring, and developing top sales talent.
Leading from the showroom floor—not from behind a desk.
Represent the industry's leading brands including Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Slingshot, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

Minimum of 3 years of dealership management experience in powersports, automotive, RV, marine, or a similar retail industry.
Proven history of leading a high-performing sales team with measurable results.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, including:
Sales process
Deal structuring and desking
F&I workflow
CRM management
Inventory management
A hands‑on leadership style with exceptional communication and coaching abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Stable employment history with excellent, verifiable references.
Ability to successfully pass background and pre‑employment screening.
