Role DescriptionAs a Regional Sales Executive (RSE), you will be key in expanding my Kaarma's market presence by selling our industry-changing, easy-to-use technology solutions to auto dealerships across a multi-state Eastern territory. You will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing contracts. Collaboration with senior leadership and internal teams is expected to develop strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall goals.
Candidates are expected to reside within the territory due to high-travel requirements:
Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Maryland.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to sell my Kaarma's solutions to automotive dealerships and franchises.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals within a 30-day average cycle.
- Build strong relationships with General Managers, Fixed Operations Directors, and Parts/Service Managers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline by leveraging an established network of industry contacts and prospecting new clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, both online and in person, showcasing the value of my Kaarma’s solutions.
- Document all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine sales processes and strategies.
- Travel is required in the territory approximately 75% of the time.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling into a dealership's fixed operations.
- Strong ability to prospect, build a sales pipeline, present, and close deals effectively.
- High energy, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a remote role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A hunter mentality, creativity, and problem‑solving skills to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Collaborate with the Territory Partner to build and execute the territory business strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
- An established network of dealership industry contacts is highly desirable.
- Experience selling SaaS products in the franchise automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System principles, including “Genchi Genbutsu.”
- Experience working with large dealer groups and multi-state territories.
The starting salary range for this role is $80,000–90,000 Base + Uncapped Commission. OTE $230–300K.
