Job Summary

A digital sales representative who drives revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics. Works with field sales colleagues to identify new accounts and cross‑sell within existing SailPoint accounts.

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to prospects, qualify opportunities, and manage the sales cycle from lead to close.
Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model and maximize revenue in target accounts.
Collaborate with Outside Account Executives, SEs, and Channel Partners to uncover new accounts and cross‑sell.
Track all activities and opportunities in Salesforce, meeting SLA requirements for response and conversion.
Participate in weekly cadence meetings, learning sessions, and tool trainings to sharpen sales skills.

Ramp‑Up Milestones

Month 1: Complete onboarding checklist, HR sessions, and SailPoint pitch training; meet the team and set up 1‑to‑1s with manager; shadow discovery calls and begin prospecting with Linked In, 6

Sense, Outreach, and Zoom Info.

Month 3: Finish revenue onboarding, mock discovery calls, develop personal plan with manager, shadow four discovery calls, map top four accounts, make first 10 Outreach calls, book first discovery call, create at least one Salesforce opportunity, and meet core KPI targets.

Months 4‑6: Achieve funnel and pipeline targets, meet all KPI dashboard activities, and close a deal with AE support.

Months 7‑12: Reach yearly funnel and pipeline goals, maintain KPI results, and close deals independently without AE support.

Qualifications

Current experience in Enterprise Software Sales in an ISR or similar role (full‑cycle experience required).
Proven track record of upselling and closing small deals.
Resident of the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in the Healthcare sector preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

On‑Target Earnings: $120,000 ($84,000 base + $36,000 uncapped commission).
Base salary range (US): $58,100 – $97,963.60.
