Summary:

The Direct Auto Area Sales Manager will oversee the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes for a specific metropolitan region. The role focuses on expanding the dealer network, managing relationships, and improving direct auto lending by onboarding new vendors.

• Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers
• Manage and maintain dealer relationships
• Provide training to dealer personnel
• Update senior leaders on industry trends
• Address dealer service issues promptly
• Manage risk associated with the position
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field
• Strong product/service presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Effective dealer servicing and retention capabilities

The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000 annually, based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. The role is eligible for monthly incentive compensation in line with individual and company performance guidelines.
