Seasonal, hourly, and non‑exempt. The position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods. Overtime is available and the role is reviewed annually. Employees are covered by the Company Retail Holiday Time Off policy.

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting with the daily sales of a Lilly Pulitzer retail store, delivering an exceptional customer experience and embodying the brand’s vibrant, resort‑style identity. The role supports the overall store performance, fosters customer relationships, and contributes to the store’s visual and operational standards.

• Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand, lifestyle, customer, merchandise, and heritage.
• Represent the Resort Chic lifestyle throughout the store.
• Build and cultivate effective relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer Selling Culture.
• Create an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects company culture.
• Commit to an optimistic, high‑energy, team‑oriented, sunny store atmosphere.
• Achieve sales KPIs through high‑quality sales performance.

• Maintain high standards of store appearance and merchandising.
