TRG Manufacturing Search Division has been engaged to identify a Director of Sales for a growing manufacturer and distributor of highly engineered industrial instrumentation and electromechanical products.

Backed by a financially strong European parent company, the North American business has doubled in size over the past several years and continues to invest in new markets and long-term growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role and an important part of the company's long-term succession plan. You'll lead a talented sales organization while strengthening relationships with a well-established network of distributors, manufacturers' representatives, and key OEM customers across North America. This is a relationship-driven business where you'll have the autonomy to shape commercial strategy, develop your team, and drive continued growth alongside an experienced leadership team in a collaborative, employee-focused culture.
Backgroundand Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or related field (business education is a plus).
- 5+ years of technical sales and/or sales leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven success growing business through stocking distributors, manufacturers' representatives, and key OEM customer relationships.
- Experience selling electromechanical products, industrial instrumentation, sensors, controls, automation, test & measurement equipment, or other engineered technical products.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop sales strategy, build forecasts, and partner effectively with both North American and international teams.
