Individual Benefits Group (IBG) is looking for an independent, relationship-driven salesperson to grow our partnerships with employee benefits brokers and agencies.
IBG gives brokerages an established Individual & Medicare capability without having to build the department internally.
The role:- Develop relationships with benefits brokers and agency leaders
- Introduce IBG's fractional partnership model
- Generate and close new brokerage partnerships
- Build a recurring book of channel partners
- Recurring commission on accounts you bring in
- Core IBG partnerships start at $3,000/month
Ideal for someone with existing relationships in employee benefits, insurance, HR, or healthcare who wants uncapped income without managing the service side of the business.
