VP Commercial Relationship Manager - C&I

A well-established community bank is looking to expand their C&I team and add an AVP/VP Commercial Relationship Manager to their growing team. This opportunity is highly relationship-driven and focuses on developing and managing a diverse portfolio of C&I clients. The position offers the opportunity to focus on business development and commercial lending, with the ability to deepen existing relationships, generate new business, and serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage C&I relationships across a diverse commercial portfolio, with a focus on clients requiring $1MM+ in financing.
• Drive new business development and grow an existing book of business while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Structure and execute commercial lending transactions across C&I clients.
• Partner with clients to provide a comprehensive suite of banking solutions, including treasury management, deposits, merchant services, and payroll.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial banking or C&I relationship management experience.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a commercial book of business.
• Demonstrated business development experience and an ability to generate new relationships and revenue.
• Strong understanding of treasury management, deposits, and other commercial banking products.
