Join a Well-Established Sales Team with an Existing Customer BaseChesapeake Marketing Group is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Territory Manager to manage and grow an established retail customer base throughout the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional—or someone with a passion for building customer relationships—who enjoys working independently while representing outstanding product lines.
What You'll Do- Manage and expand an established retail customer base.
- Call on local retail stores within your protected territory.
- Sell the product lines represented by Chesapeake Marketing Group.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow sales within your territory.
- Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with customers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory.
- Sales experience is a plus, but individuals with the right attitude and work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate commissions on direct orders.
- Higher commission split.
