Bit-of-everything Farmer

We raise pasture‑raised organic chicken, pasture‑raised organic pork, 100% grass‑fed beef, and maple syrup on our family farm in the Adirondacks. Our farm is situated in the Reber Valley – nestled between the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York and the Lake Champlain Valley of Vermont.

We provide home delivery locally and across the US. We have an on‑farm store, sell at local farmers markets, hold on‑farm music and food events and cultivate transformational retreats.

Our vision is to be a trusted source for food and health. We do this in three unique ways:

Working solo and in a team with animals, at farmers markets, managing inventory and working in a fast‑paced meat processing environment with a diverse team of people.

Weekly hours: 40-50 hr/wk. One weekend day included.

Within 30 days: you can execute regularly assigned tasks with minimal support and an aligned attitude and have completed on‑boarding + tech introductions

Within 90 days: you can forecast your task schedule for the following week, and deliver consistently aligned results
