** The Pursuit and Capture Team is crucial for securing significant deals within the U.S. federal market. We lead the strategy for complex opportunities, coordinating diverse internal teams to ensure Workday is strategically positioned to win high-value government contracts.

** We are seeking a professional to lead the full federal proposal lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between complex RFP requirements and a winning value proposition.

* Key Responsibilities:

***** Strategic Leadership:
Partner with Capture and Sales to shape win strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and clearly articulate value propositions.
* Proposal Management:
Lead cross-functional teams (SMEs, writers, editors) through the entire process, managing schedules, resources, and performance.
* Content & Compliance:
Translate solicitation requirements into compliant outlines and compelling content while ensuring strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations.
* Execution:
Oversee writing, editing, pricing alignment, and final packaging/delivery.
* Continuous Improvement:
Support post-submission clarifications/orals and lead lessons-learned reviews to refine templates and processes.

● Minimum of ten years of experience understanding of FAR and other relevant regulations
