We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to protect retail service establishments in Halifax, NS. The role is permanent, full‑time, and includes evening, night, and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for maintaining order, monitoring activities, and producing reports.

• Produce reports.
• Enforce regulations to maintain order, resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities.

• Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2‑axle vehicles)
• CPR Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
• Criminal record check
• Bondable
• Own vehicle
• Attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, judgement, reliability, team player, punctuality, positive attitude
• Own tools: cellular phone, internet access
• Experience:
  
  Will train

• Work setting:
  Retail service establishment; various locations; private security agency—on site only (no remote work)
• Schedule:
  
  Evening, night, and weekend shifts; 32‑48 hours per week
• Salary: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Starts as soon as possible; 8 vacancies
