Targeting Officer
Leidos has multiple Targeting Officer positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
ResponsibilitiesTargeting Officers are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. That narrative, incorporating highly complex and specialized multi-INT information, must be communicated regularly to a wide audience of stakeholders, in written form and verbally in both formal and ad-hoc briefings. Throughout this process, Targeting Officers must be able to identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address those gaps.
KeySkills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in high stress environments.
- Experience with targeting tools, databases, all source targeting methodologies, and different intel sources.
- Able to manage taskings and maintain information flow across multiple organizations.
- Individuals must possess a valid driver's license with Real .
Education:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 to 4 years of full-time professional experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
