This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
This role will collaborate with senior executives, customers, and government representatives internally and externally. Success requires outstanding communication skills, confidentiality, independent judgment, team play, proactive motivation, organization, flexibility, and priority management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide program security and personnel security support, including review and processing of documentation for SAP and SCI nominations, indoctrination, debriefings, clearance/access systems, database maintenance, and visitor control.
- Generate and review Program Access Request packages, ensure currency, completeness, required signatures, and execute briefs/debriefs for the government security team.
- Familiarize with DoD SAP Security Manuals, NISPOM, ICD, IC Tech Spec, and other security regulations.
- Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies and contractual guidance for classified programs.
- Serve as focal point for personnel security paperwork, data transfer, and government database uploads.
- Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This position can be filled at either a Level 3 or Level 4.
Basic Qualifications for Level 3- High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 years additional education and/or related experience, or an equivalent of 4 additional years of experience over degree.
- Active U.S. Government Top‑Secret clearance with SCI and Program approval at time of application.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 6 years additional education and/or related experience, or 4 additional years of experience over degree.
- Active U.S. Government Top‑Secret clearance with SCI and Program approval at time of application.

- Relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Self‑starter with minimal supervision.
- Tact, discretion, and diplomacy across program areas.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced deadline‑driven environment.
- SharePoint experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of ICD, DoD security requirements, and NISP.
Primary Level: $51,400.00 – $85,600.00
Secondary Level: $61,100.00 – $
