Safety & Security Officer

Hourly Rate: $17.25 Full-time Position. Shift: 2nd & 3rd – Must be available weekends and holidays.

• Patrol all areas of the property by foot or vehicle using specified equipment (e.g., flashlight, high visibility jacket).
• Administer first aid/CPR to owners/guests or associates as required.
• Ensure owners/guests and meeting rooms are secure and assist with room access.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV), perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
• Respond to incidents involving owners/guests or associates; determine if emergency aid is required.
• Defuse owner/guest or associate disturbances/altercations following company policies and procedures.
• Handle lost and found, logging and returning items.
• Utilize computer systems, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer the phone with proper etiquette.
• Oversee OSHA & FLS violations to mitigate risks throughout the property.
• Provide excellent guest experience and uphold company standards, greeting guests and addressing their needs.
• Interact professionally with colleagues and guests, contributing to team goals and following safety procedures.

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
