You will protect customers and colleagues, provide a highly visible security presence, deter anti-social behaviour and theft, liaise with store management and police when required, and use conflict resolution to diffuse tense situations. A Frontline Door Supervision or Security Guarding license is essential; CCTV license is a plus.
