Electrical Superintendent
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large, complex projects in the Richmond, Virginia area.
Project Types Include:⚡ Warehouses & Distribution Centers
What You’ll Do- Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from start to finish
- Supervise foremen, crews, and subcontractors
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily/weekly work plans
- Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers, GCs, and other trades
- Oversee installation of power distribution, switch gear, generators, UPS, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
- Enforce OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards
- 7+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Foreman
- Strong background in heavy commercial or industrial construction
- Experience on mission-critical or high-tech facilities preferred
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and schedules
- Strong backlog of work in the Richmond/Central VA market
- High-profile, technically challenging projects
