Maintenance Technician - Richmond District

• Installing, repairing, and servicing equipment at multiple car washes.
• Working with leaders and site managers to maintain day‑to‑day maintenance and equipment.
• Managing costs necessary to give customers a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience.

• 2+ years’ experience in industrial/commercial equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with air compressors, electrical, 3‑phase motors, VFDs, motor controls, hydraulics, plumbing, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment.
• Forklift, welding, and electrical experience and/or certification preferred, but not required.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
• Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities.

Base wage is starting at $27 per hour. You will be paid for commute, drive time along with a company provided vehicle, fuel card and power tools. Offer will depend on location and level of job‑related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
