• Perform high-quality patio builds, including but not limited to paver installations, concrete work, stonework and overlays.
• Work closely with project managers to execute projects efficiently and according to specifications.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Provide necessary tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Adhere to local building codes and regulations.
• Perform all aspects of installation, including demo, excavation, base layers, pavers and polymeric sand.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets

• Proven experience in building patios, walkways and steps.
• Valid contractor’s license and insurance (if required by state laws)
• Own tools, transportation, and necessary equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and professional work ethic
