Job Description
Our client is one of the largest Telecommunication Vendors in the Mid‑Atlantic with a strong presence across the East Coast. They provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors, supporting major carriers (TMO, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Dish Network, and Crown Castle).
This RF Tech IV will support wireless small‑cell deployments in Richmond, VA for the major carriers. They will work in teams of 2–3, with each Tech IV having their own personal helper. Responsibilities include mounting and testing all RRH (Remote Radio Heads) and antennas (no implementation required at this time), performing alignment and testing using OTDR, power meters, and spectrum analyzers, handling close‑out packages, and communicating with project managers to finalize efforts.
Customer interaction is part of the deployments, requiring professionalism. The role involves managing materials, conducting site surveys, and running their own team.
- 3‑5 years of experience performing RF testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience mounting RF equipment, including antennas and remote radio heads.
- Experience performing PIM/sweep testing and working with OTDR and spectrum analyzers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Leading crews is a HUGE plus.
- Reliability, willingness to work in various weather conditions, ability to work at small heights, and strong client‑interaction skills.

- Work environment:
Monday‑Friday, day shift varies between 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional exposure to heights and inclement weather. Teams are 2 people.
