Salary Range: $25.00 Hourly
We’re hiring a reliable and customer-focused full-time Maintenance Technician with their HVAC certification to join our team! This role supports daily maintenance at one of our multi-family housing properties. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am - 5pm
- On-call and overtime required (including snow emergencies)
- HVAC certification required
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly and professionally
- Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning
- Assist with apartment turnovers and preventive maintenance
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities
Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed - Work closely with the on-site manager and maintenance team
- Follow all safety standards, company policies, and Fair Housing laws

Qualifications- HVAC certification required
- Skilled in gas furnaces and straight air
- Previous maintenance experience (6+ months) or related field
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, basic apartment maintenance
- Exceptional customer service skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Ability to promote positive relationships and trust with residents, co-workers, and company staff
- Always displays a friendly and courteous attitude toward residents and team members
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of physical, drug, and background screenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to rotate on-call shifts and work overtime for emergencies as needed
