We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Chestnut Grove and Chestnut House, two senior apartment communities located on the same campus in Blacklick, OH. This full‑time role requires on‑call availability 24/7 to address maintenance emergencies and includes a $60/month mobile phone allowance.
On-Call Requirement- 24/7 availability to address maintenance emergencies, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Mobile phone allowance of $60 per month.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Complete minor carpentry, painting, appliance, and general repairs.
- Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff when applicable.
- Manage inventory and submit maintenance records and reports.
- Comply with all safety regulations and building codes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
- 1–2 years residential or apartment maintenance experience.
- Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, OSHA) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
