Join our client’s team in Front Royal, VA, a pioneering leader in custom construction solutions specializing in transforming shipping containers into innovative facilities. The company offers custom‑made modular facilities for mobile offices, data centers, and specialized industrial facilities across diverse industries.

Up to $30 based on experience.

Front Royal, VA

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Container Modification:
  Design and modify shipping containers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing facilities, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with building codes.
• Fabrication and Assembly:
  Execute fabrication tasks such as cutting, welding, framing, and installing insulation, flooring, doors, and other components.
• Customization Expertise:
  Implement custom designs according to client specifications, incorporating features like HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and specialized equipment.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct quality checks throughout the construction process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure client satisfaction.
• Site Installation:
  Conduct on‑site installation and assembly of container facilities, ensuring safe and efficient deployment at client locations.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  Maintain accurate records, including material inventory, project timelines, photo documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and structural design principles.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and construction machinery.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

• Certification or training in electrical, welding, carpentry, or construction trades.
• Experience with modular construction or container‑based projects.
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
