HVAC Mechanics

EMCOR Government Services, Inc. is seeking HVAC Mechanics to join their team in Herndon, Virginia. These professionals will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment in commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidates are experienced, licensed, and able to work with a variety of building systems. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong background in HVAC and facility maintenance.

- CFC Universal certification
- Journeyman HVAC License, or Md. Class 1 Engineers, or DC 3rd, or equivalent
- Five or more years’ experience in maintenance and repairs on commercial-industrial building equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Practical knowledge of Chiller Plant Operations and building air systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain an ISSA TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs and push up to 100lbs
- Manual dexterity, mobility, and ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods
