B. Hinkle Construction, a Primoris Services Corporation company is seeking General Laborers to perform a variety of tasks on construction sites, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring efficient project completion.

** Job Responsibilities
- ** Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, clearing debris, and loading/unloading materials.
Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision, including shovels, rakes, jackhammers, and compactors.
Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites, including erecting temporary structures and placing safety barriers.
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and organization.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Support skilled trades (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
Transport materials to and from work areas using wheelbarrows, carts, or other methods.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

** Job Qualifications
- ** Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, bending, and kneeling.
Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions diligently.
Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior experience in a construction environment is a plus, but not required.##
