Keeping things in working order is your passion. If you're an excellent troubleshooter, and skilled maintenance person, this is the role for you!

Starting pay rate is $23.00 an hour

• Perform routine building maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical systems (e.g., inspect belts, fluid levels, filters, bearings, and seals).
• Carry out construction projects: framing, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.
• Design and build metal projects using welding and fabrication techniques; repair or fabricate accessories.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment; must be physically able to work in tight, elevated, or wet conditions.

• MUST HAVE A VALID TWIC BADGE.
• Ability to carry out specified work procedures.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Requires the ability to drive vehicles with manual or automatic transmissions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
