Electrician General Foreman (Electrical and Systems Transportation and/or Industrial Construction)

• Supervise all aspects of electrical installations on Transportation and/or Industrial Construction projects
• Coordinate and schedule all work with the project management team, general contractor, and owner/client
• Establish a job schedule, ensure all document control measures are adhered to, and ensure the job has all material, tools, and manpower needed to complete on time and within budget
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all installations and tasks

• NICET 2 or higher
• BICSI Certified
• Wastewater Treatment Plant Experience
• OCS - Overhead Catenary Specialist

• 7 years of electrical experience required
• Completion of apprenticeship program preferred but not mandatory
• Current Electrical License

• Hourly wage: $66.44 - $71.40
• Benefit Package: $23.37
• Overall Compensation: $90.01 - $94.77

• Rates are based on straight 40 hours in a single workweek

This is an active, hands-on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. You’ll need to be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

The role requires the ability to communicate effectively and visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work. The role does include desk time in the office that may require prolonged periods of sitting for tasks like computer work, document review, and meetings.

Your work environment includes significant time on active construction sites with variable weather and moderate to loud noise levels, plus comfort in elevated or confined work areas with moving mechanical equipment and the fast-paced nature of a project in progress. Time in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels is also possible. Your safety is our top priority, and you will be expected to follow C3M's safety policies and procedures and all applicable laws at all locations.

This is a demanding, high-performance environment. We seek candidates energized by challenge, able to thrive under pressure, and prepared to do what it takes to achieve exceptional results. Flexibility to work extended hours may be required during critical project phases or client deadlines. You may need to monitor and respond to communications outside regular hours to address time-sensitive matters or emergencies.
