We are one of Richmond's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies. We provide homes and businesses throughout the area with quality craftsmanship for all their handyman needs. We are seeking highly motivated professional craftsmen/handymen with skills in multiple trades.

• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner.
• Examine and troubleshoot problems, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
• Communicate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Look around customers' property to identify repair opportunities and communicate possibilities for additional work.
• Takes time to earn customer confidence and subsequently inquire about additional work.
• Maintain the highest integrity, striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team and demonstrate willingness to exceed customer expectations.

• Good overall knowledge of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall repair, deck and fence repairs, painting.
• Strong independent thinker with problem‑solving skills and excellent communication.
• Familiarity with appropriate tools and equipment for each task; bring own tools or identify needed tools.
• Clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
• Ability to walk around a property, assess repairs, and communicate what the company can do.
• Professional, punctual, efficient, and integrity‑focused.

• Compensation: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8am‑5pm (weekends volunteer optional).
