HVAC Mechanics - $35/hr

This company is seeking HVAC Mechanics for ongoing projects in the McLean, VA area. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment, with a focus on VRV systems. Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience and relevant certifications, ensuring comfortable and safe indoor environments for clients.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited HVAC training program or apprenticeship
- Proven experience working with VRV systems
- Valid EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams
- Daikin HVAC Certification
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of energy management systems and building automation controls
- Additional certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence
- Strong background in commercial and industrial HVAC systems
