Automotive Diesel Mechanic | $38-42 + /hr DOE. | Full Benefits | Dulles, VA
We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Dulles-based fleet service team. If you're a pro with diesel and gas trucks who wants to work for a stable, high-paying operation we want to talk.
ScheduleFull-time, Monday - Friday 4am-12:30pm
Pay & Benefits- $38-42+ /hr DOE (Hourly, not flat rate)

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas-powered trucks, vans, and medium/heavy duty vehicles (Isuzu trucks, Chevy van, Sprinters)
- Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
- Perform test drives and make system adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment
- Conduct field repairs in various weather conditions
- 3-4 years' experience as a diesel or fleet mechanic
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license and own tool
- Must pass background check
- Strong accountability and customer service mindset
