Roof Repair Mechanic

Full-Time
Compensation: Production Pay ($500 – $1,500/week)

As a Roof Repair Mechanic, you are the hands-on problem solver for our homeowners. You will support the repair division by diagnosing leaks and executing precise repairs that stand the test of time. This role is designed for a dedicated craftsman who takes pride in efficient work and values the customer experience above all else. We are looking for a reliable team player who brings a positive attitude to every job site and possesses the communication skills to put customers at ease while restoring the integrity of their homes.

• Diagnose roof leaks with accuracy and complete repairs efficiently to stop water intrusion.
• Assist the repair crew with small jobs and service calls to ensure daily goals are met.
• Build positive relationships by communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures to protect yourself and the property.
• Represent the Cenvar brand with a polite, dependable, and positive attitude at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly

• 1+ year of roofing or construction experience, with the ability to diagnose and repair leaks.
• Strong communication skills, organization, and a customer-focused demeanor.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (insurable under company policy) and a background check free of felony convictions.
• Must be polite, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
