As Facilities and Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's fleet and assisting with facilities management. This full‑time role is responsible for addressing technical, maintenance‑related, and logistical challenges. The Facilities and Maintenance Technician role directly contributes to Support Services of Virginia's mission by prioritizing the overall safety of support staff and people receiving supports.

This position also ensures company vehicles are reliable and operating in accordance with legal and regulatory standards. The Facilities and Maintenance Technician will coordinate and implement repair services, maintenance, and assessment of company vehicles, offices, and sites.

The Facilities and Maintenance Technician position's hourly compensation is $15.00.

• Able to pass criminal/registry background checks.

• Basic math skills.
• Clear tuberculosis screening.
• General understanding of common maintenance tasks related to various trades.
• General knowledge of mechanical tools, their safe use, and troubleshooting.
• General knowledge of the DMV registration process for vehicles.
