EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is hiring for a maintenance role responsible for delivering effective service across multiple customer sites. Ideal candidates will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and general upkeep using trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to maintain properties in top condition.
Applicants are expected to hold a high school diploma or equivalent training with two to five years of general maintenance experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license in good standing. The job includes local travel between properties and requires strong communication with clients and internal teams.
