Job SummaryResponsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely service to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Provided a company vehicle and tools, and travels to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. Performs preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general service of buildings, equipment, and grounds. Conducts face‑to‑face relationships with customers to provide quality workmanship and high work standards in a professional environment.
Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and additional skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems such as repair and unclog toilets, urinals, replace and maintain valve assemblies, toilet and faucet fixtures, and repair/maintain sensors for automatic flush kits.
- Performs routine painting, carpentry work, and general maintenance to keep facilities in like‑new condition (e.g., repair a hole in drywall, prep the area, and match paint).
- Repairs and routine maintenance of walls, floors, doors, and painting touch‑up work to beautify customer facilities.
- Performs minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements (e.g., repair or replacement of fixtures, wall switches, outlets, light bulbs, ballasts, and sockets).
Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
Fully Utilizes Technology (tablet, Smartphone) To- Access and complete work orders, including notes on services provided.
- Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images.
- Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs.
- Obtain necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Creates a positive climate with the client, provides and generates customer satisfaction, and maintains timely and consistent communications with customers and internal support teams.
Obtains and completes required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.
Provides estimates for larger projects and services needed onsite.
Qualifications- HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in landscaping, trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.), or specialty floor care.
- Two to five years of general maintenance experience, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
- Applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write routine reports and correspondence, and effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
Qualifications & Skills
Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate status via designated business processes. Use and operate handheld devices and business systems or document management database software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. Perform assigned day‑to‑day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Maintain adequate knowledge of and always comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Daily local travel between properties.
