Precast Concrete Production Associate

Build your day from the ground up

Picture this: you arrive before dawn, usually between 2:00–5:00 a.m., join a tight-knit crew, and help turn raw materials into durable concrete products. You’ll rotate through tasks, stay focused on safety, and finish the day knowing you helped meet production goals. Overtime is offered, and you should be ready to work it as needed.

• Assist with producing a range of concrete products from start to finish
• Pour, mold, finish, and prep concrete with precision
• Load and unload tools, materials, and finished items
• Operate hand and power tools and other production equipment safely
• Clean and prep molds and work areas to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Move materials and assist with inventory handling
• Follow all safety procedures and site policies at all times
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets

• Physically active role; frequent standing, bending, and stooping in a fast-paced setting
• Regular lifting of 50+ pounds
• Exposure to concrete dust, machinery, and industrial equipment
• Indoor/outdoor work; be prepared for various weather conditions

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, concrete, masonry, or general labor preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Safety-first mindset and ability to follow directions
