Job OverviewKomatsu is currently recruiting for a Welder to work at our Virginia, MN location. This position is represented by a union.

Proficient at Carbon Arc Gouging
Proficient with Oxy/Fuel Torch
Understand Weld Symbols
Proficient at Print Reading
Proficient at Fitting/Layout
- Must have experience with a variety of SMAW and FCAW welding electrodes.
Primary focus on a safe work environment and employing safe work practices on a consistent basis.
Perform a variety of welding and cutting applications (including air arcing).
Lay out and perform complex repairs with a high level of accuracy and quality.
Assess equipment repair needs and developing repair processes.
Troubleshoot, maintain and perform minor repairs to most assigned tooling; wire feeders and welding machines.
Work in a diverse team environment.
Ability to use all varieties of precision measuring instruments.
Additional Information Hiring RangeAt Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $28.80 - $37.40. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
