Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician looking for a company that truly values your expertise? • $10,000 Signing Bonus for qualified, experienced technicians
• Base Salary: $40,000-$60,000 (based on experience)
• Total Compensation: $65,000-$100,000+ with performance bonuses, spiffs, and incentives
• Company-wide bonus program

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform advanced system testing and inspections
• Present repair options and recommendations to customers
• Complete high-quality repairs with professionalism and efficiency
• Document work, prepare invoices, and collect on-site payments
• Work safely within electrical and mechanical code requirements
• Troubleshoot low- and high-voltage systems
• Apply HVAC sizing and design principles in the field
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call

• 3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
