Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced remodeling professionals with a passion for construction and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
This role offers the opportunity to take on a leadership position, guiding projects from start to finish, and collaborating with a team of seasoned experts. Responsibilities: - Lead and execute various remodeling tasks, including demolition, carpentry, painting, flooring installation, electrical, and plumbing work. - Utilize your expertise to oversee projects, ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. - Mentor and collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish project goals and timelines. - Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction.### Requirements
- At least five years of experience in bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodeling. - Proficiency in various remodeling techniques and a strong understanding of construction practices. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean record are essential. - Must pass a background check with a valid SSN. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
