William & Mary seeks a Senior HVAC Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across campus. The role includes independent service, preventive maintenance, and supervising junior staff. You will oversee EMCS and work with the work order system to document work and respond to customer needs.
Preferred applicants hold Virginia HVAC Journeyman or Master’s license and BAS experience. A valid driver’s license is required, with overtime possible during peak periods.
