AEP is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, repair and modify HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems in our facilities. The role includes coordinating with contractors, managing records and ensuring safety and code compliance across indoor and outdoor work environments.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or 3+ years in related trades, a valid driver's license, and CAST/CFC certifications preferred.
