Salaried Irrigation Service Technician

Miller Irrigation & Landscape Lighting is seeking an experienced irrigation technician to join our top-tier Irrigation Service Department. Wefer a well-established, highly regarded company with 24 years of experience providing premium irrigation and landscape lighting services to some of the best clients in the region. This is a salaried position with a base salary of $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience, that includes overtime pay, commission on all estimates you sell, and a range of performance-based incentives that reward high-performing technicians.

Our team members regularly earn $8K–$12K+ in overtime and up to $20K/year in bonuses and commissions through spiffs, tech-generated lead bonuses, care plan sales, and more. Technicians work a consistent 8-10 hour daily schedule, with year-round employment and optional overtime during peak seasons. We’re looking for a dependable technician with strong troubleshooting skills and experience with professional-grade irrigation systems. You must be tech-savvy (or willing to learn paperless service software), have a clean driving record, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with two-wire systems, backflow certifications, or landscape lighting is a major plus.
